About Philip Abraham

With a lifetime of experience supporting him, Philip Abraham turns his discerning eye and financial expertise toward helping his clients strategize their generational wealth, whether that be purchasing a first home or seeking the perfect investment opportunity.

Philip was born and raised in Southern India where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting prior to moving to the Middle East briefly for work. In 1984, he moved to the San Fernando Valley where he obtained his Master’s Degree in Business Management. His hard work ethic drove him to further pursuits and achievements including becoming a Certified Public Accountant, a notary public, and of course acquiring his real estate license.

Having spent most of his life working as a controller for a Healthcare Corporation, Philip is now turning his attention to his twin passions: taxes and real estate. His vast experience in accounting gives him an advantage over other agents when helping his clients get the best deals and negotiating terms for transactions that leave all parties smiling. He brings an unimpeachable honesty that blends well with his dependability, ensuring his clients are never left in the dark. While Philip is currently focused on residential real estate, he looks forward to opening up his business to commercial real estate in the near future.

Philip uses his expertise to facilitate a relaxed environment throughout the lifecycle of a transaction. He loves to get out of his office and into the field, enjoying the chance to meet new people and see even more of the world around him. It’s no wonder that in his spare time, Philip devotes himself to traveling.
